Rachel Zhang

Rachel Zhang is an experienced program and project manager, currently serving as a Senior Program Manager in the S&O division at Amazon, where leadership involves overseeing JP AMZL S&OP Vol planning and attainment. Prior to Amazon, Rachel worked at Agoda from September 2015 to July 2022, where responsibilities included heading Agoda Homes for Japan, Taiwan, and South Korea, managing team performance, and leading various business development initiatives. Rachel’s earlier career includes roles at an HR consulting firm as an Associate Consultant, at Oracle as a Consultant, and at WSUM as Promotions Director. Education includes a Master of Science in Business Analytics and a Bachelor of Science in Statistics, International Studies, and East Asian Studies, both from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
