Ragini Rastogi

Ragini Rastogi is currently a Sr. Manager in Transport Controllership at Amazon, where they apply their forward-looking, data-driven leadership style. Previously, they held various managerial roles at organizations including Capgemini, GENPACT LLC, and HSBC, where they focused on process improvement and team management. Ragini also has extensive experience in operations and training, having mentored numerous Lean Six Sigma projects throughout their career. They earned a Post Graduate Diploma in Management, Finance from Symbiosis Centre for Management and Human Resource Development and a B.Com in Commerce from the University of Rajasthan.
