Rahul Ambati is an experienced applied scientist currently working at Amazon since September 2022. Previously, Rahul served as a graduate research assistant at the UCF Center for Research in Computer Vision from August 2020 to May 2022, focusing on reverse engineering adversarial samples and enhancing robustness, as well as developing an open set Deepfake detection system. Rahul held the position of teaching assistant at the International Institute of Information Technology Bangalore in early 2019 and completed a research internship at Accenture in mid-2018, where Rahul implemented Deep Knowledge Tracing for online course proficiency prediction. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Computer Science and a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from the International Institute of Information Technology Bangalore, along with a graduate degree in Computer Vision from the University of Central Florida.
