Ram Dangi is a seasoned software development leader with a strong background in engineering and product management. Currently serving as a Software Development Manager at Amazon since October 2022, Ram leads a team focused on enhancing customer experience and scaling development processes. Ram also co-chairs the Ek Dhara Foundation since January 2025. Prior experience includes roles as Software Engineering Lead at Barclays, where Ram spearheaded the transformation of customer-facing web and mobile applications, and established a new Product Engineering organization to create high-performing teams.
