Previously, Raman contributed to Swiggy as a Senior Manager in Learning and Development, where strategic learning initiatives were implemented to drive operational excellence. Raman has held significant roles at companies such as TATA Teleservices, Pantaloon Retail, and GE-SBI Credit Cards, focusing on training design, delivery, and performance management. Raman holds an MBA in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor's degree in Management from IEHE, Bhopal.
