Ramya Krishnan

Ramya Krishnan has over 15 years of experience in supply chain and operations management, holding positions such as Application Engineer at Honeywell Process Solutions, where project management in production and control systems for the Oil and Gas industry was executed. At ALCOA, Ramya transitioned order entry processes and developed a Global Capacity Model, significantly reducing stock-outs and buyer workload. Leadership roles followed, including Supply Chain Lead, responsible for inventory targets and efficient resource utilization. Subsequent positions at Kimberly-Clark involved strategic capacity planning and collaboration with manufacturing teams to meet global demand, culminating in roles as Strategic Planner and Supply Chain Planning Manager. Ramya's early experience includes an internship at Goodyear focused on process improvement and inventory management. Ramya holds a Master’s degree in Operations Research from Case Western Reserve University and a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from MKSSS Cummins College of Engineering for Women. Current roles at Amazon include Sr Supply Chain Manager and Sr Program Manager for Amazon Freight Partner.
