Randall Tau

Randall Tau is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in transportation engineering and operations management. Currently serving as the Director of Transportation Engineering Systems at Amazon since December 2022, Randall previously held significant leadership roles including Senior Vice President of Operations at NEXT Trucking and various managerial positions at Amazon from 2012 to 2022, where responsibilities included overseeing logistics solutions and optimizing transportation networks. Prior to Amazon, Randall founded and served as CEO of ZipHive, driving innovative transportation solutions. Randall's career includes foundational experience in supply chain engineering at Corning Inc. and military leadership in the US Army, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
