Randy Drake

Randy Drake has extensive experience in law enforcement and public safety management, having served in various leadership roles within the Washington State Patrol from October 2015 to December 2018, including Assistant Chief of the Investigative Services Bureau, Lieutenant overseeing the Washington State Fusion Center, and Captain of Field Operations in King County. Prior to this, Randy held a Sergeant position supervising the West Sound Narcotics Enforcement Team and progressed through ranks as a State Trooper. Additionally, Randy worked as a Program Manager and Director of the Emergency Services Unit at Amazon from December 2018 to January 2024. Randy's military background includes service as a Specialist in the U.S. Army, functioning as an Attack Helicopter Crew Chief/Mechanic. Randy holds a Master’s Degree in Missional Leadership from Northwest University, a public safety leadership certification from Northwestern University, and a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice from Washington State University.
