Randy Schriefer

Randy Schriefer is an experienced law enforcement professional, currently serving as the Emergency Services Manager at Amazon since August 2022. Randy's career includes significant roles at the San Jose Police Department from April 2019 to March 2022, where responsibilities ranged from Captain of the Bureau of Investigations to Task Force Commander for the Silicon Valley Internet Crimes Against Children, leading multi-agency collaborations aimed at combating child exploitation. Prior to this, Randy held positions with the U.S. Department of Justice as Chairman of the ICAC Operations Working Group, overseeing national protocols addressing child exploitation. Complementing law enforcement experience, Randy worked as an Orthopaedic Specialist and Consultant with DePuy Synthes and Sulzer Spine Tech, along with serving as a Patrol Officer with the California Highway Patrol. Educational qualifications include a BA in Kinesiology from California State University, Chico, and ongoing studies at Boston University in Executive Leadership for Senior Management in Police.
