Ranjit Mohan is an operations and supply chain executive with over 20 years of global experience in e-commerce, retail, industrial goods, and software across both start-up and established environments. They have managed teams of more than 100 business and technical professionals and have a proven track record of building high-performance teams while exceeding customer expectations and driving operational efficiencies. Ranjit held leadership roles at Cummins Inc. from 2011 to 2014 and served as Finance Director for North America Supply Chain at Amazon from 2016 to 2019. Currently, Ranjit is the Director of Transportation at Amazon and is pursuing advanced degrees in mechanical engineering and business administration from the University of Pittsburgh and the University of Michigan, as well as a BTech from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.
