Rashmi Mahdev is a results-driven Sr. Technical Program Manager at Amazon, leading the Quality Engineering team for the Amazon One product. Previously, Rashmi held roles as a Software Engineer at IBM and AT&T Labs, and as a Senior System Analyst and Manager at the Texas Education Agency, where they successfully managed large teams and led quality initiatives for multiple projects. Rashmi has also been a Quality Engineering Team Leader at Whole Foods Market, where they implemented automation capabilities and transformed the QA process. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering at Sri Jayachamarajendra College of Engineering.
