Rashmi Narayan

Rashmi Narayan is a seasoned professional in risk management and product development, currently serving as a Senior Program Manager at Amazon, focusing on Payment Risk and Buyer Risk Prevention since September 2023. Prior to this role, Rashmi worked at Western Union from April 2018 to September 2023 as a Senior Product Manager and Product Owner, where the main responsibilities included creating a fraud risk management framework and devising strategies to enhance customer experience while mitigating fraud.
