Rashmi Saha

Rashmi Saha is a strategic technology leader with over 17 years of experience in AI-ML, eCommerce, and global software development. They served as a Software Development Manager at Amazon, where they led a team of over 35 members to enhance machine learning platforms and increase seller adoption significantly. Currently, Rashmi holds the position of Sr Manager at Amazon, overseeing a 55+ member organization focused on innovations in Artificial Generative AI. Rashmi has also contributed to various roles in other companies, including as a Tech Lead at Applied Research Works, Inc., where they developed systems to improve patient care, and as a guest faculty member at Jadavpur University.
