Rawan Alfadly, MBA-HTM, CRMA, is currently an Area Manager at Amazon, specializing in the Last Mile operations. With a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Rawan developed critical problem-solving and analytical skills, which were further enhanced during their tenure as a Sales Product Specialist in the medical devices sector. Previously, they served as a Patient Educator and Screening Specialist at Pfizer, where Rawan provided patient care and education on chronic disorders. Rawan is also pursuing a Master's in Business Administration with a focus on Hospitality and Tourism Management at Virginia Tech, aiming to integrate engineering and business to innovate within the hospitality industry.
