Rebecca Sharp is an accomplished talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in recruitment and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) strategies, particularly within the Amazon organization. Beginning a career at Page Personnel as a Managing Consultant from August 2005 to April 2009, Rebecca transitioned to Amazon in November 2015 as a Senior Recruiter, later advancing to roles such as Senior Manager for recruiting within Customer Trust and Partner Support and ultimately becoming the Regional DEI Recruiting Leader for LATAM and APJC stores until May 2020. Following this, Rebecca led talent acquisition efforts for Canada and emerging markets from April 2022 to January 2025, demonstrating a strong track record in high-volume hiring across various regions. Additionally, prior experience includes management positions at Badenoch & Clark and Talentedge. Rebecca holds a degree from the University of Kent, where studies were completed in 2005.
