Renê Neto

Renê Neto is an experienced operations leader currently serving as the Assistant General Manager and Senior Operations Manager at Amazon Air, where they manage daily operations at a major air hub and oversee a team of over 1,400 employees. Previously, Renê launched and led Amazon's first distribution center in Rio de Janeiro, effectively managing a facility of 300,000 square feet and approximately 2,000 staff members. Renê has held various roles at companies including Oceaneering, GE Aviation, and Grupo Petrópolis, with a strong focus on quality management and operational excellence. They earned a bachelor's degree in Production Engineering from Universidade Católica de Petrópolis and completed graduate studies in Aeronautical Maintenance Engineering at Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Minas Gerais.
