Rhys Kitchen

Rhys Kitchen is currently a Finance Manager in Corporate Procurement for EMEA at Amazon, a role they have held since 2024. Previously, Rhys worked as a Finance Manager in Supply Services for Europe Health at Reckitt and contributed as a Project Manager for Controls Transformation. Rhys's career began at GE Power, where they served as a Finance Business Partner for Gas Turbine Upgrades, facilitating the management of project financials, and they completed a rigorous Financial Management Program that included various finance roles. Rhys holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance with First Class Honours from Swansea University, as well as international experience studying business and finance in the United States and France.
