Rich Baker

Rich Baker is a Director-level Internal Communications Leader with over 15 years of experience in architecting communication strategies. They have held influential roles at prominent companies including Amazon, where they currently serve as Head of Internal Communications for the UK and Ireland, and Jaguar Land Rover, where they worked as Communications Manager. Rich has also contributed to the Institute of Internal Communication as a Non Executive Board Director. They are pursuing an MBA and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from The Open University Business School.
