Rich Costello has a diverse background in health and safety, emergency response, and human resources. From February 2019 to August 2021, Rich served as a Success Coach at Intention Worx, following a role as an EMT First Responder at HANCO EMS from April 2015 to December 2018. At Amazon, Rich held multiple positions including Workplace Health and Safety Specialist, Environment, Health and Safety Manager, and Onsite Medical Representative from September 2020 to March 2022. Additionally, Rich worked as a Hiring Coordinator and HR Manager at Home Care Assistance from June 2018 to January 2020. Rich holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Bible/Biblical Studies from Indiana Wesleyan University, completed from 2010 to 2014.
