Richa Shah

Richa Shah is a seasoned data analytics and decision sciences professional with over nine years of experience, currently serving as a Senior Insights Specialist at Google. Previously, Richa worked at Amazon, holding roles such as Business Intelligence Engineer, where they contributed to building key business KPIs and automating reports, and later at Zappos focusing on supply chain optimization. Earlier in their career, Richa spent approximately three years at Mu Sigma, leading a team to develop customer relationship tools for major clients in the retail and pharma sectors. Richa graduated with distinction in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering from K. J.
