Richard Gladney is a senior at Morehouse College, pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. They currently serve as a Lifeguard at the YMCA of the USA and as a Security Guard for Pritchard Global Alliance, while also managing operations as an Area Manager at Amazon. Previously, they were a Camp Counselor at Bert Adams Scout Camp and completed a summer internship with Howland Capital. Richard has also participated in the UNCF Lighted Pathways program, aimed at increasing Black talent in asset management.
