Rick Helton

Rick Helton is a seasoned professional currently serving as a Site Leader at Amazon. With over 20 years of experience as a military veteran and former college professor, Rick excels in developing high-performing talent and driving training programs while managing complex international operations. Previously, Rick held key roles in the US Army, including Operations Manager and Senior Manager of Operations, where they focused on strategic initiatives and cross-departmental collaboration. Additionally, Rick served as the Director of Leadership Development and Professor of Military Science at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, leading a team to cultivate future leaders. Rick holds a Master of Arts in Strategic Security Studies from National Defense University and additional executive education from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
