Dr. Robbie Brusso is currently a Senior Research Scientist on the Global Hiring Science team at Amazon, focusing on developing candidate assessments for technical roles, particularly with the integration of GenAI. They possess over a decade of experience in personnel research, training design, organizational development, selection, and assessment, having previously worked at ICF International and Capital One. Dr. Brusso earned a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Old Dominion University, where their research centered on organizational technology use, training, and motivational theories. They have contributed to the field through numerous peer-reviewed publications and conference presentations.
