Robert Gottfried Marhan is currently the Vice President of People Experience and Technology for European Operations at Amazon, where they lead the people strategy for North America Customer Fulfillment. They began their Amazon career in 2005 as an Area Manager in Germany, eventually serving as General Manager of one of the company's largest Fulfillment Centers. Transitioning to Human Resources in 2015, they held leadership roles across various European regions before assuming their current position. Prior to Amazon, Marhan was a District Manager for Lidl GB and founded IMPULSO GmbH & Co.KG in Austria. They are pursuing a degree in European Business Studies at Fachhochschule Osnabrück.
