Robert Lovato, MBA, has extensive experience in managerial roles within the telecommunications and technology sectors, particularly at Verizon Wireless, where responsibilities included overseeing a large team of supervisors and front-line employees, managing operations strategy, talent acquisition, and training development. In various positions, including Tech Support/IRT Coordinator and Associate Director of Technical Support, Robert demonstrated leadership by creating performance scorecards and fostering team engagement.
