Ronald Porties

Ronald Porties, MBA, is currently a Senior Information Technology Program Manager at Amazon, with extensive experience as an IT Program Manager. They completed a 12-month accelerated MBA program at Tennessee State University, where they developed strategic plans that significantly increased profitability for organizations. Prior to Amazon, Ronald managed large-scale projects at Flagstar Bank, achieving substantial cost savings and process improvements, and held a telecommunications analyst role at Health Alliance Plan. Throughout their career, they have actively participated in employee resource groups to promote diversity and inclusion.
