Ross Hartley

Ross Hartley is a Senior Applied Scientist at Amazon, where they have been since 2022, building on their previous role as an Applied Scientist II from 2019 to 2022. Ross has also worked as a Research Intern at UC Berkeley, where they conducted research on germanium-based phototransistors, and as an Engineering Intern at Raven Research and Development, where they contributed to the design and testing of various electronic devices. They hold a Ph.D. in Robotics from the University of Michigan, where they developed advanced control systems for bipedal robots. Ross earned their undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
