Roula Boustany

Roula Boustany is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in business development, underwriting, and education. At HEC Paris, Roula was an MBA student recipient of the HEC MBA Excellence Scholarship and served as a Student Ambassador, along with leadership roles in the Luxury and Retail Club and the Marketing Club. Previously, Roula gained valuable experience at Allianz SNA, progressing from Junior Underwriter to Underwriting Supervisor, where key contributions included improving client retention and managing back office teams. Roula further excelled at Amazon as a Manager in Marketplace Business Development, leading a team of account managers while advocating for women in the workplace. Roula holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the American University of Beirut and an MBA from HEC Paris.
