Roxane Rosenzweig

Roxane Rosenzweig is a Senior Team Lead in Supply Chain at Amazon, where they currently manage operations and drive improvements in supply chain efficiency. Previously, Roxane held various roles at Jumia Group, including Head of Customer Operations, where they managed a large customer service team across multiple countries and enhanced customer experience metrics. Roxane began their career as a Junior Consultant in the Industrial Risk team at ERM, assessing risk for offshore installations. They also have experience in exotic product structuring at TFS Structured Products. Roxane holds a Specialized Master in International Finance from HEC School of Management and an MSc in Physics and Chemistry from Ecole supérieure de Physique et de Chimie industrielles de la Ville de Paris.
