Rudy Amid

Rudy Amid is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in IT support and systems administration. Currently serving as an IT Support Engineer at Amazon since December 2020, Rudy manages IT network and server equipment, enforces change management processes, and mentors colleagues. Concurrently, Rudy works as an Information Technology Consultant at Sharp Electronics Corporation USA, supporting legacy applications and data center operations. With a prior tenure at Toshiba America Information Systems as an Application Specialist, troubleshooting various operational issues, and earlier roles at Nortel Networks, Hummingbird Communications Ltd., and Toshiba Canada Ltd., Rudy has developed a comprehensive skill set in troubleshooting, systems installation, and technical support. Rudy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Mathematics from the University of Toronto.
