Rupesh Pal

Rupesh Pal is an experienced professional in HR and payroll management, having worked across multiple reputable organizations. Rupesh began a career at Infosys BPO as a Senior Process Executive from May 2011 to December 2013, followed by a position as Senior Team Lead for US Payroll and HR Shared Services at Sears India from October 2016 to October 2018, overseeing projects related to the entire employee lifecycle of US associates. In the period between January 2019 and July 2020, Rupesh served as Assistant Manager for UK Payroll at Sopra Steria, and prior to that, from December 2013 to October 2016, as a Subject Matter Expert in US Payroll at ADP, managing payroll service center teams and resolving employee queries. More recently, from July 2020 to September 2022, Rupesh held roles as Team Manager and subsequently as Manager in Global HR Operations at Amazon. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Indira School of Business Studies and an SSC from New Model English High School.
