Ruth Dawson

Ruth Dawson, an accomplished senior leader with 25 years of experience, serves as the Global Chief People Officer and HR Director, specializing in Human Resources and Operations Management within the E-commerce, Hospitality, Retail, and FMCG sectors. Currently, they are a member of "Women at Amazon UK," advocating for gender diversity in the workplace. Previously, Ruth held key roles at Amazon, leading HR initiatives and diverse teams across multiple locations, including a pivotal position as Head of HR in the UK&I region. They earned an MBA with distinction from Bradford University School of Management and a BA in English Language and Literature from The University of Hull.
