Ryan Kiernan has extensive experience in venture capital, private equity, investment banking, and risk management. Notably, Ryan worked at Candou Ventures and Arrowroot Capital Management in June 2022, focusing on B2B SaaS, before joining Stifel Financial Corp. for investment banking from August 2022 to February 2023. Ryan co-founded JAMR Partners in April 2024, specializing in residential real estate investing, while also serving as a co-founder of Zupz from September 2024. Ryan’s experience further includes a role in investment banking at MUFG in mid-2024, and a position in private equity for the University of California Office of the President during summer 2023, where responsibilities included managing a significant private equity portfolio. Ryan is pursuing a degree in Business Economics at the University of California, Los Angeles, expected to graduate in 2025.
