Ryan Schaefer

Ryan Schaefer is currently the Regional Environmental Manager at Amazon, where they oversee environmental initiatives. Previously, Ryan held the position of Manager of Environmental Field Operations at Union Pacific Railroad from 2017 to 2019 and worked as a Senior Business Developer at Great American Insurance Group from 2019 to 2021. Ryan also served as a Senior Geologist at Brown and Caldwell from 2010 to 2017 and began their career as a Geologist at Arcadis from 2006 to 2010. Ryan is pursuing a Master of Science in Civil Engineering at Missouri University of Science and Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Geological Sciences at Arizona State University.
