Saad Elyousfi has extensive experience in customer service, logistics, and research coordination. From July 2011 to July 2013, Saad served as an Evaluation Research Logistics Coordinator for Research Solutions International and Winshuttle, managing interview logistics and client communications. Prior to this, Saad worked for Webhelp and Sitel in customer support roles from December 2006 to December 2010, assisting French companies and managing commercial services for a Belgian operator. Additional experience includes a commercial position at Emballages modernes in 2006 and an insurance customer advisor role at AXA Service Maroc from October 2010 to May 2011, handling claims and policy reimbursements. Since August 2013, Saad has been employed at Amazon as a Customer Service Associate. Saad holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing & Communication and a BBA in Business Administration from IIHEM.
