Saad Sakir is an experienced professional with a background in operational excellence, continuous improvement, and project management across the aviation and technology sectors. Early career experience includes roles as a Business Analyst at Air Canada and BOMBARDIER, where Saad Sakir focused on workflow redesign and lean implementation in aircraft programs. At Etihad Airways, Saad Sakir served as Manager of Operation Planning & Performance and later as Manager of Business Engagement in Enterprise Analytics, leading operational initiatives and driving efficiency across ground operations. Currently, as Head of PMO Operational Excellence at Amazon, Saad Sakir leads a global PMO across 11 countries, emphasizing program governance and cross-functional collaboration.
