Sailaja M is a seasoned professional in financial services, currently serving as a Sr. Manager in Global Payroll. They began their career as a Process Specialist at Genpact from 2004 to 2007 and later advanced through roles at ADP, where they were a Team Lead from 2008 to 2011. Sailaja continued to build their expertise as an Assistant Manager Operations at Wells Fargo from 2011 to 2015, followed by a position as Manager II in Merchant Risk Investigation at Amazon from 2015 to 2018.
