They have held significant roles at companies such as Amazon, where they serve as the Country Head for Amazon Flex and IHS India, and previously at Mondelēz International, Cloudtail India Private Limited, and 3M. Sakshi has a strong track record in integrated business planning, demand forecasting, and strategic cost optimization, enhancing working capital efficiency across India and North America. They earned both a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management, both with distinction.
