Salil Pradhan is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the Head of Technology at Kotak Mahindra Bank since January 2023. Prior to this role, Salil held various positions at Amazon from July 2014 to March 2023, including Senior Software Development Manager and Software Development Manager. Salil's career began at Reliance Communications as a Senior Software Engineer from 2003 to 2006, followed by roles at Zycus and Avaya, where Salil advanced to the position of Software Senior Engineer.
