Sam Bernstein

Sam Bernstein is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in legal operations management. Currently serving as a Senior Legal Operations Manager at Amazon since October 2006, Bernstein oversees Outside Counsel and Spend Management programs while assisting the Legal COO with internal headcount processes, budgeting, and approvals. Prior experience includes roles at Yale University Library from May 2003 to July 2006, beginning as a Library Assistant and advancing through various positions, including managing inter-library loans and working in the Manuscripts and Archives department. Bernstein holds a degree in Sociology and American Studies from Yale University, attained in 2005.
