Sam Holmes

Sam Holmes possesses extensive experience in program management and youth leadership, with a strong background in overseeing teams and delivering results in various educational and organizational settings. Notable positions include Senior Program Manager and Area Manager at Right At School, as well as Youth Pastor at Cornerstone Christian Church. Currently serving as Area Manager II at Amazon, Sam leads a team of over 90 associates in a high-volume fulfillment center, consistently achieving key performance indicators while prioritizing safety and employee engagement. Additional experience includes roles at YMCA of Metropolitan Milwaukee and YWCA of Winston-Salem, where Sam focused on youth development and program coordination. Sam attained a Bachelor of Science degree in Youth Ministry from Southeastern University.
