Previously, Sam served as a Data Science Lead for the U.S. Small Business Administration, and as a Digital Services Expert at the United States Digital Service, where they contributed to significant projects such as the IRS Direct File initiative. A former Fulbright Scholar, Sam has a strong research background and was recognized with the inaugural Kriesberg fellowship for their research efforts.
