Samuel Cox

Samuel Cox is a results-driven Employee Relations and Organisational Development leader with extensive experience in enhancing workplace culture and employee engagement. Currently, they serve as an Employee Relations Manager at Amazon, while previously holding various managerial roles at Fortescue from 2014 to 2024, where they developed leadership programs, diversity strategies, and managed HR functions across multiple countries during the Covid-19 pandemic. Samuel earned a Master’s degree in Employment and Labour Relations Law from the University of Melbourne and holds bachelor's degrees in Psychological Science and Spanish from La Trobe University.
