Sandra Jackson

Sandra Jackson, PMP, CSM, SAFe Agilist, is currently an IT Program Manager at Amazon, where they lead complex IT projects. With extensive experience in both the public and private sectors, Sandra has successfully managed multi-million-dollar projects, including a significant transition to a cloud-based framework while at the Railroad Commission of Texas. They previously served as a Senior Administrative Assistant at Dell, supporting a large IT operations team, and have been instrumental in improving customer experience throughout their career. Sandra holds a degree in General Studies from St. Cloud State University and has actively contributed to the Project Management Institute, serving as both President and Past President of the Austin Chapter.
