Sandro Martinelli, Ph.D., is currently the Senior Regional Reliability Maintenance Engineering Manager for South Europe ATS at Amazon. With a robust background in engineering and management, they previously served as a Senior Materials Planning & Execution Manager, Senior Lean Manufacturing Manager, Maintenance Manager, and Engine Testing Cell Manager at Avio Aero from 2016 to 2020. Before that, Sandro gained experience as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Blades and Vanes Part Owner at Rolls-Royce.
