Sandy Gordon

Sandy Gordon has extensive experience in HR and operations roles, with a focus on employee engagement and workforce planning. At Amazon, as Vice President for Employee Experience & Relations, Sandy oversees HR for the middle and last mile delivery workforce. As Vice President Human Resources, Sandy is equivalent to a CHRO in other organizations. Previously at Delta Air Lines, Sandy held various SVP, VP, MD, and GM roles in operations and talent management. Sandy graduated from Hampton University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance.
