Sandy Phan

Sandy Phan is a Principal Program Manager with a rich background in operations management and diverse professional experiences. They began their career as a Journalist Intern at The Borgen Project, where they wrote articles on global issues and conducted significant research. Sandy also served as a Research Assistant at UC Irvine, generating original scholarly work in sociology. They held various roles at Amazon, including Operations Manager and Senior Manager in Production Planning, focusing on motivating teams and improving efficiency. Currently, Sandy is pursuing a BASE Summer Program at the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business.
