Santosh Arora is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in driving digital transformation and innovative solutions across various sectors. At Amazon, Santosh led the Seller Verification Tech team, overseeing verification infrastructure for global marketplace initiatives, and directed Amazon Learn's generative AI content engineering efforts, impacting over 6 million employees while achieving significant cost optimization. Previously, Santosh co-founded Zonestra Technologies LLC, providing consulting services, and held senior managerial roles at Dell EMC, where responsibilities included establishing the Dell Financial Services India site, and at Deloitte, where Santosh architected SOA layers for multiple projects.
