Santosh Prabhakaran

Santosh Prabhakaran is a seasoned professional with significant experience in customer service management. From July 2017 to October 2024, Santosh served as Manager I and Customer Service Manager II at Amazon. Prior to this, Santosh worked at Convergys India Private Limited as a Senior Team Leader from June 2006 to July 2017, and began a career in customer service as a Customer Service Representative at Magus Customer Dialog from May 2005 to June 2006. Santosh holds a degree in Business Management Studies with a focus on Project Management from the Indian School of Business Management and Administration, completed in 2016.
