Sara Lhoest

Sara Lhoest is a Senior Program Manager at Amazon, leveraging over six years of experience in program management and continuous improvement initiatives. Previously, they held various roles at Amazon, including Manager of Learning & Development and Salesforce Product Manager, where they contributed significantly to process improvements and team management. Sara began their career with internships at Liege Airport, Citius, and the Wallonia Export & Investment Agency, and has also worked with UN Women as a Partnerships and Communication Intern. They hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Government, a Master’s Degree in International Relations and Affairs, and an Advanced Master's Degree in Entrepreneurship and Business Administration from Université de Liège and HEC Liège.
